Grants Pass Senior Artist/ Meet Kathryn Our Senior Rep

Each year we choose seniors and juniors from every school in Southern Oregon to be our senior Reps. They get a free session, an album, web optimized files, along with other goodies. Their job is to represent us at their school, tell everyone about their experience with us and announce our big Senior sale! ( Which by the way is coming up so keep posted for more details).

Kathryn is one of our senior reps from Grants Pass High school. We had a mini session for her last Sunday.  She is such a sweet girl and her blue eyes looked amazingagainst the brick wall!  

We can't wait to shoot her full session in the spring, but for now here is some of our favorites.

Senior Photographer / Wreck the Dress with Jessica

Peter and I could not be happier with the way this session turned out. Jessica was brave enough to let us "wreck her dress" ( she probably didn't know what she got herself into, hee hee). We shot some amazing photos of her, which was not hard since she looked astonishing. We had such a blast shooting her, and her posing was so good.

 I must admit though that my favorite part was when we  got her to jump in the river in her beautiful gown!  Pretty soon we had a crowd of people looking, probably wondering what in the world we were doing... 

After Jessica was soaked, we thought of having her lay on the sand and roll in it ( I know, we are evil! especially since I was enjoying every second of it :) But she didn't seem to mind, all for the sake of art right? Jessica definitely has a sense of adventure,  she just spent last year abroad as an exchange student in Thailand.  

So about an hour later Jessica's dress had been "wrecked" and we have some pretty cool photos to prove it. 

I could go on and on about this session for ever but before I wrap it up we want to give a big THANK YOU to Marci for being an awesome assistant and allowing us to photograph her gorgeous daughter.

Children/Family Photography- CLOE

I have to say this was one of my favorite sessions. Cloe is such a cute little girl! And so full of energy, she kept us on our toes the whole time. We headed down to the river for her shoot.  Her parent's were so sweet, they went along with all of our ideas. Yup, even when  we asked to get Cloe in the water! She loved it and so did we. Cloe is so photogenic I don't think it's possible to get a bad frame of her. As always, here are some of our favorites.

Children/Family Photography- Meet Ella

We had the privilege to photograph Ella, Kyle and Ricki's adorable baby girl. She is so alert and lively that its hard tell she is only three months old! We had tons of fun taking pictures of the family playing together. Thank you Kyle and Ricki for allowing us to photograph your sweet baby girl. As always, here are our favorites of the evening; Make room,  huge post coming up... Ella is so adorable we just couldn't have enough of her.
